Hello fellow Qi Movers,
Hope everyone is having a great week so far. According to the calendar Spring is finally here, even if it doesn't feel like it quite yet. But it's just the beginning and one of my favorite comedians said it best...
“Spring is Nature's Way of Saying Let's Party!”

Spring is about new growth, rebirth, and creativity. Nature is creative through all the myriad of plants, flowers, fruits, vegetables, and busy animals that come out to play this time of year (unfortunately the insects too!). As we're a part of nature, it's time for us to join in the fun and feel our inherent abundance.
In 5 Element Theory, Spring is associated with the wood element and the nervous system. This week in class, we'll focus on exercises that help us feel balanced in our nervous system - relaxed and calm, but also energized and ready to feel the invigoration of new beginnings. We'll let go of stress with exercises like The Tiger, become more resilient with Swimming Dragon, and be in communion with nature through Dancing with the Tree. I hope you'll join me!
