Hello fellow Qi Movers,

Hope everyone is having a great week so far. There are whispers of spring, but they come from far away, hinting at our old friend returning to bring warmth, sunshine, and joy. The spring invites us to be happy and content, but these positive emotions can be experienced anytime from within...

“From the mud of adversity grows the lotus of joy.”

~ Carolyn Marsden

The lotus flower is a symbol of growth even in the harshest of circumstances. It flowers and blooms even while it's roots and beginnings lie in mud. It speaks to how one can take difficult and unfortunate experiences and use them to create new positive outcomes. But how do we do this? Every mystic or spiritual teacher could have a difference answer, and they could all be true, but not necessarily your truth. Quietly and softly look within, but through your inner vision and insight based on your own unique expression of self. And in the most unlikely of places you can find the keys to unlock great treasures of well being.

This week in class, we'll focus on exercises that help us transform old stagnant energy into new vibrant Qi. Flows will focus on opening the heart with Blessing and The Lotus.
